Shipping Policy
Atlantic Print Services: Products sold by us attract shipping charges. The shipping charges are not fixed and depend on weight of our product, Mode of transport and destination.
The shipping charges for your order will be informed to you before your order is placed at website product page or by email. In case you need transit insurance, the same must be arranged by you.
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time as promised on our website. Below are some more shipping related points:
- We make our best efforts to ensure that each item in your order is processed & delivered within 8-10 working days of the order date or as mutually agreed. However, in some cases, it may take longer, which would be communicated to you via email.
- In case of personalization wherein you have chosen to coordinate and design your template by our team via email, the number of delivery days will be calculated from the final approval date from your side via email rather than the actual order date.
- We ship out orders on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
- To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we have our tie ups with reputed courier companies.
- If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to sign the POD and don’t take delivery of the package. Drop us an e-mail to info@atlanticprintservices.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that the best solution would be provided to you.
Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice. In case, inadvertently, the same is not received, write an e-mail to info@atlanticprintservices.commentioning your order reference number.
